透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察

Hyaluronic acid treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical observation

目的:观察透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎(OA)的临床效果。方法:自2002年至2008年我院治疗45例(计48个)膝OA。关节腔内注射透明质酸钠,每周1次,每次2m l,5次为1个疗程。随访40例(43膝)。结果:随访观察半年以上。参照林正雄标准,其有效率93%,优良率81.4%。结论:关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗膝OA,能明显缓解膝关节症状,改善患膝功能,该方法是一种简单、安全、有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the sodium hyaluronate treatment of knee osteoarthritis（OA）clinical results.Methods：From 2002 to 2008,to 45 patients in our hospital,total of 48 patients with knee OA articular injections of sodium hyaluronate,1 per week,per 2ml,5 times for a course of treatment.Total of 40 cases were followed up for 43 knees.Results：The follow-up observation for more than six months,the standard reference LIN Zheng-xiong,93% of its efficiency,good rate of 81.4%.Conclusion：The intra-articular injection of hyaluronic acid treatment of knee OA,the knee can relieve symptoms and improve knee function of patients,the method is a simple,safe and effective treatment.
