桂花挥发油β-环糊精包合物制备工艺研究

摘要 目的:优选桂花挥发油β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物的最佳工艺条件,并验证包合物的形成。方法:以挥发油包结率为评价指标,比较研磨法、饱和水溶液法、超声法,优选最佳工艺,并用薄层层析法对包合前后的挥发油性质进行分析。结果:最佳的制备方法为饱和水溶液法,包合时间为2小时,温度为50℃,β-环糊精与桂花挥发油的比例为6:1。结论:按优选的方法,桂花挥发油可与β-环糊精形成稳定的包合物,且挥发油的利用率比较高。 Objective:To find the best condition of the preparation technology of Osmanthus fragrans oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex and test the formation of inclusion compound.Methods:The grinding method was compared with the saturated water solution method by determining the ultilization ratio of volatile oil from both herbs.The quality of inclusion compound of volatile oil before and after being included were analyzed by TLC.Results:The best method was the saturated water solution method,and the best condition was: oil: β-cyclodextrin=6:1,stirring for 2 hours at 50℃.The different UV spectrum after being included by β-cyclodextrin showed that a new physical phase had formed between oil and β-CD.Conclusion:The complex prepared on the condition aforementioned is stable and stirring has a highest inclusion rate.
