颈椎病X线检查结果分析

Analysis on the results of X-ray inspection of cervical spondylosis

目的:探讨颈椎病类型与患者职业的联系。方法:通过X线检查结合临床诊断,对确诊的颈椎病患者进行综合分析。结果:各种类型颈椎病所占比例分别为颈型颈椎病61.7%、神经根型颈椎病22.9%、脊髓型颈椎病11.8%、椎动脉型颈椎病3.6%。以颈型颈椎病最为常见,患病率最高。结论:颈椎的X线检查对临床辅助诊断颈椎病临床分型具有重要价值。

Objective：Study on the different types of cervical disease in different populations Methods：X-ray examination combined with clinical diagnosis,diagnosed a comprehensive analysis to cervical spondylosis.Results：Percentage of all types of cervical spondylosis are as follows： cervical spondylotic myelopathy： 61.7%,nerve root type cervical spondylosis： 22.9%,spinal cord-type cervical spondylosis： 11.8%,vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis ：3.6%.The most common type is cervical spondylotic myelopathy,the incidence rate is highest.Conclusion：X-ray inspection of cervical disease in clinical diagnosis have great significance to cervical spondylosis.
