计算机优化设计在无水洗手胶配方中的应用

APPLICATION OF UNIFORM DESIGN IN OPTIMIZATION OF THE RECIPE OF ANHYDROUS HAND CLEANING GEL

本文采用均匀设计法，对无水洗手胶配方中各组分在8个水平上进行考察，并用微机对实验结果进行回归分析及对配方进行优化，分析及实验结果表明，无水洗手胶最佳配方是（W％）：聚乙烯醇用量为14，聚乙二醇用量为0．7，非离子表面活性剂用量为1．5，甘油用量为1．5，乙醇用量为16，水用量为66．3。
