清热化湿活血法对肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝患者TNF-α和IL-6的影响

The Treatment on Chronic Hepatitis B by TCM and Clinical Study on the Influence to the Levels of Serum TNF-α and IL-6

目的:观察中医清热化湿活血法在慢性乙型肝炎治疗过程中对炎性细胞因子的影响。方法:运用具有清热化湿活血功效之中药复方联合常规护肝疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎45例,观察临床症状改善、肝功能和TNF-α、IL-6水平变化,并与单纯常规护肝治疗进行比较。结果:在一定时间范围内,与常规护肝治疗相比,中药组在在改善临床症状、恢复肝功能和降低血清TNF-α、IL-6水平方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医清热化湿活血法具有一定的机体免疫调节功能,配合西医常规护肝方法治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效更好。

Objective： To investigate the influence to cytokines in the course of treatment of chronic hepatitis B by Qingre Huashi Huoxue herbs.Method： 45 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with protecting hepatocyte and TCM.The clinical symptoms,liver function and serum TNF-α,IL-6 levels were observed,compared with conventional therapy and TCM groups.Result： During a certain time,compared to the conventional therapy group,better improving clinical symptoms,liver function and lower serum TNF-α,IL-6 levels effects were achieved in the TCM therapy group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： TCM therapy has a regulatory function of the immune,combined with conventional therapy of protecting hepatocyte to chronic hepatitis B patients is better.
