氢氯噻嗪联合拉西地平治疗老年收缩期高血压疗效分析

Clinical effect of combined treatment of low dose Hydrochlorothiazide and Lacidipine tablets on elder isolated systolic hypertension

目的观察小剂量氢氯噻嗪联合拉西地平治疗老年收缩期高血压的疗效和安全性。方法将78例老年收缩期高血压患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予氢氯噻嗪联合拉西地平,对照组单用拉西地平共治疗6周,观察治疗前后收缩压、舒张压、脉压差及血糖、血脂、丙氨酸转氨酶和肾功能的变化。结果 2组治疗前后收缩压、舒张压、脉压差均有显著下降,2组比较治疗组更能显著降低收缩压,而对舒张压及脉压差的影响2组之间无明显差异,治疗前后2组血糖、血脂、丙氨酸转氨酶和肾功能变化无明显差异。结论小剂量氢氯噻嗪联合拉西地平治疗老年收缩期高血压疗效好,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of combined treatment of low dose hydrochlorothiazide and laeidipine tablets on elder isolated systolic hypertension. Methods 78 patients with ISH were randomly divided into control group and therapy group. The control group were treated with lacidipine tablets, and therapy group were treated with lacidipine tablets plus hydrochlorothiazide for 6 weeks. Contractive pessure, diastolic pressure, pulse pressure,Blood sugar, blood fat, ALTand renal function before and after treatment were detected. Results Contractive pessure, diastolic pressure, and pulse pressure in two groups descend after treatment. Contractive pressure descend in treatment group was more than that of control group . Descending of diastolic pressure and pulse pressure was no difference between two groups. Blood sugar , blood fat, ALT and renal function has no changes before and after treatment in two group . Conclusion Combined treatment of low dose hydrochlorothiazide and lacidipine tablets on elder isolated systolic hypertension has better effect and less side effect.
