摘要
目的:探讨保温干预在食管癌患者术中的护理效果,总结护理经验。方法:将80例食管癌手术的患者随机分成观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),观察组采用保温干预,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较二者的护理效果。结果:观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,如心率、体温的变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:食管癌患者术中采取有效的保温干预,可有效预防术中低温、稳定血压和心率,促进术后康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore nursing effect of heat preservation intervention for patients with esophagus cancer undergoing radical operation.Method: 80 cases patients undergoing radical operation with esophagus cancer were divided into the intervention group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases).The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method,the intervention group took the heat preservation intervention,and then compared the nursing efficacy of them.Result: Comparing the results of patients in two groups,the nursing effect of intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.01),such as the changes of heart rate、body temperature.There's significomt differeceConclusion: The heat preservation intervention can prevent the patients with esophagus cancer from developing intraoperative hypothermia,to maintain the stability of blood pressure and heart rate,to promote their postoperative rehabilitation,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
