老年人肱骨近端骨折微创治疗18例分析

Minimally invasive treatment of 18 elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures

目的：观察经皮微创技术结合锁定板内固定治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法：对18例老年人肱骨近端骨折采用经皮微创技术结合锁定板内固定治疗。结果：18例随访4～12个月,骨折均愈合。Neer标准评定：优13例,良3例,可2例。随访期间,1例患者因糖尿病合并肺部感染死亡。结论：经皮微创技术结合锁定板内固定治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折是一种安全、有效的方法,能够获得良好的早期疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the combination therapy of minimally invasive technique plus percutaneous locking plate fixation for treatment of proximal humeral fractures in the elderly.Methods：Eighteen elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures were treated by minimally invasive technique and percutaneous locking plate fixation.Results：The patients were followed up for 4-12 months.All the fractures healed.According to Neer standard score,the result was excellent in 13 cases,good in 3 cases and fair in 2 cases.During the follow-up,1 patient died of diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary infection.Conclusions：Percutaneous micro-invasive technology combined with locking plate fixation is safe and effective for treatment of proximal humeral fractures in the elderly,and the results are satisfactory.
