摘要
目的:观察快速成型的立体复杂性眼眶骨折模型在整形外科教学中的应用效果。方法:利用头颅CT三维重建的数据,通过快速成型技术制造出等大的眼眶骨折模型,进行创伤的临床及理论教学。结果:学生对创伤中眼眶骨折的复杂性有初步认识,进一步了解眶周骨折的诊断和治疗方法。结论:在临床教学过程中,快速成型的立体眶周骨折模型可以直观地把眶周的骨折情况显露在学生眼前,使学生熟悉骨折情况,提高对眼眶骨折的诊断和治疗能力。
Objective:To explore the application of the three dimensional rapid-prototyping(RP) of complex orbital fracture model in plastic surgery teaching effectiveness.Methods:Using the data of head CT three-dimensional reconstructiona and RP technology,orbital fracture model was produced for clinical and theoretical teaching of trauma.Results:Students had a preliminary understanding of the complexity of orbital fracture,and a further understanding of orbital fracture diagnosis and treatment methods.Conclusions:Through the three dimensional rapid-prototyping,the students can visually aware of the orbital fractures in the clinical teaching,and improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment on orbital fractures.
