Study on the Socialization Reform of University Logistics——A Case Study of Sun Yat-Sen University

高校后勤社会化改革是一个重大课题。中山大学后勤社会化改革具有自己的特色,有成功之处。中山大学的经验表明:降低办学成本,建设节约型校园,进一步完善校内的后勤管理体制,建立后勤保障监督检查、评估绩效机制,建立食堂长效管理机制,后勤管理手段科学化,促进后勤工作向专业化集约化目标迈进,建立新型后勤保障体系,是高校后勤社会化改革的方向。

Socialization reform of university logistics is a significant research project.The logistics socialization reform of Sun Yat-Sen University has its own characteristics and success.Its experience indicates the direction of socialization reform of university logistics,namely,to lower the cost of running school,to build economical campus,to improve campus logistics management system,to establish logistics inspection and performance assessment system,to create mess hall long-run management system,to apply scientific management tool,to boost logistics’specialization and intensification,and set up new logistics guarantee system.
