The development of family firms needs to keep expansion of their financing channels.Trust plays pivotal role in the development process of family firms.To ensure the sustainable development of family firms,they need to adjust the structural capital and improve the firm transparency;widen relational capital,introduce different stakeholders and absorb more development resources;upgrade human resources and optimize the long-run adaptability of family members.
