Survival and Development of Grassroots Hospitals during the Transformation Period——Analysis on the Current Situation of Special Departments in Grassroots Hospitals

加强专科建设,构建优势专科群,是建设现代化医院的核心。然而,基层医院受人才、硬件和市场等条件的限制,专科发展举步维艰。本研究通过对113家基层医院的专科发展现状调查,对基层医院的专科发展水平进行分析,并讨论了基层医院未来专科发展的走向。

Enhancing special departments＇ development and constructing advantageous departments cluster are the core steps to modernize hospital.However,the development of special departments in the grassroots hospitals is hindered by limitations of talents,hardware and the market.This research analyzes the developing level of special departments in the grassroots hospitals and outlook the future trend of them by conducting a survey on current situation of 113 grassroots hospitals.
