摘要
通过对当前医院招聘过程及其相关法律的分析,探讨现行法律环境下医院招聘过程中存在的法律问题及其需要承担的责任,进而针对人力资源招聘的科学流程提出合法、有效的措施来规避医院招聘过程中存在的法律风险,为医院获得优秀人才、提高招聘收益奠定坚实的法律基础。
The authors of the article propose the legal and effective measures for the scientific process of human resources recruitment to avoid legal risks in the process of hospital recruitment by analyzing the present process of hospital recruitment and relevant laws and exploring the existing legal problems in hospital recruitment in the current legal environment and the responsibility to be undertaken.It laid solid and legal foundation for obtaining excellent staff and raising recruitment profits by hospitals.
