摘要
目的探索如何加强手术管理,充分利用手术室资源,提高手术科室整体效能。方法采用抽样调查、专项调查、专家座谈等方法,对某大型三甲医院手术室的管理模式及存在的问题进行深入细致的分析。结果手术室瓶颈问题与手术室资源利用潜力巨大并存;择期手术病人入院难与外科周末资源利用不足并存。结论充分利用手术室资源,除加强手术室内部管理外,应将手术管理延伸至手术过程管理,对整个过程管理不断完善和持续改进,最终实现医院外科综合效益最大化。
With the purpose of exploring the way of strengthening operation management,fully utilizing the resources of operating rooms and improving the overall efficiency of operating rooms,the authors made a thorough and careful analysis on the management model and the existing problems in the operating rooms of the large hospitals of third class by making sample investigation,specific survey and expert panels.They found bottleneck problems co-existing with the great potential of resources utilization in operating rooms,difficulty in hospitalization for the elective patients co-existing with the inadequate resources utilization in surgical department at weekends.They think they should not only strengthen the internal management in operating room but utilize fully the resources in operating room,extend operating management to the management of operating process,make constant improvement in the whole management process and maximize the comprehensive efficiency in surgical department of hospitals.
