丹参注射液联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙肝疗效观察

目的:观察丹参注射液联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝功能及肝纤维化指标的影响。方法:136例慢性乙肝患者随即分成两组。治疗组70例用丹参注射液联合复方甘草酸苷,对照组66例用还原型谷胱甘肽注射液,两组均为1个月,观察其肝功能及肝纤维化指标的变化。结果:治疗组对肝功能及肝纤维化指标方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:丹参注射液联合复方甘草酸苷联合用药治疗慢性乙型肝炎患方具有良好的抗纤维化疗效。

Objective： To observe thejoint compound danshen injection nucleoside glycyrrhizic acid treatment of chronic hepatitis b liver function and influence of liver fibrosis indices. Methods ： 136 patients with chronic hepatitis b then divided into two groups. 70 cases in treatment group with joint compound danshen injection, glycyrrhizic acid group in 66 patients with reduced glutathione injection, both groups for a month, observe the liver and liver fibrosis indices of change. Results the treatment group of liver fibrosis and index than control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： HDP injection joint compound glycyrrhizic acid nucleoside combination therapy for chronic hepatitis b with square has good anti fibrosis curative effect.
