摘要
辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)催化反应对H2O2具有很高的专一性。在HRP催化荧光分析中讨论荧光底物的结构,将有助于揭示酶催化反应机理。
Horseradish peroxidase catalyzed reaction is one of a high specificity for H2O2.This paper discussed the structures of some substrates in the fluorogenic analys is in order to reveal the enzyme catalyzed reaction mechanism and improve the analytical sensitivity.It showed that a peroxidase has a important application in the near future.
