将P2P架构和Web服务技术引入综合电子信息系统,提出了以P2P技术构建基础服务平台,利用Web服务开发和封装功能模块或分系统,采用资源本地化管理手段实现Web服务的注册、发布和查找。最后开发了Web服务管理平台原型系统并在实验室环境下进行了运行和可行性验证。该新型综合电子信息系统具有节点对等、无中心、自组织和易扩展等优点。

This paper leads the p2p architecture and the Web service technology into integrated electronic information system,and advance the infrastructure services platform which constructs by the P2P technology.It also use the web service to develop and envelope the functional module or subsystem.It can adopt the resources localization management electronic information system has many advantages,such as peer-to-peer,no center,self-organization,easy expanding,and so on..
