摘要
采用柱色谱分离技术,从夏枯草全草70%乙醇浸膏的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位中分离得到14个化合物,经MS和NMR分析鉴定为:白桦脂酸(1)、乌苏酸(2)、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(3)、2α,3β-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(4)、2α,3β,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(5)、2α,3α,19-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(6)、齐墩果酸(7)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(9)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、芦丁(11)、丹参素甲酯(12)、丹参素乙酯(13)、迷迭香酸乙酯(14)。其中化合物5、6、10、13为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5、13为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Column chromatographic technique was used for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate portion and the n-butanol portion from 70% ethanol extract of the whole grass of Prunella vulgaris L.Fourteen compounds were identified as:betulinic acid(1),ursolic acid(2),2α,3α,-dihydroxy12-en-28-ursolic acid(3),2α,3β,-dihydroxy-12-en-28-ursolic acid(4),2α,3β,24-trihydroxy-12-en-28-ursolic acid(5),2α,3α,19-trihydroxy-12-en-28-ursolic acid(6),oleanolic acid(7),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(8),quercetin-3-Oβ-D-galactoside(9),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(10),rutin(11),methyl 3,4-dihydroxy-phenyl lactate(12),ethyl 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl lactate(13),ethyl rosmarinate(14) by means of MS and NMR spectroscopy.Among them,compounds 5,6,10 and 13 were first isolated from Prunella vulgaris L.,and compound 5 and 13 were have been found in Prunella for the first time.
