中药及保健食品中违禁添加7种降压类化学药物的HPLC-DAD法测定

Determination of Seven Anti-hypertension Chemical Drugs Added Illegally into Traditional Chinese Medicines and Health Food by HPLC-DAD

建立了HPLC法同时测定中药及保健食品中可能违禁添加的7种降压类化学药物。采用C18色谱柱,以0.2%磷酸溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长220nm。阿替洛尔、盐酸可乐定、氢氯噻嗪、卡托普利、盐酸哌唑嗪、利血平和硝苯地平的线性范围分别为0.0284～2.84、0.029～2.9、0.053～5.3、0.054～5.45、0.054～5.4、0.034～3.38和0.031～3.12μg,回收率分别为99.7%、91.2%、99.5%、107.6%、108.7%、97.8%和106.1%,RSD分别为2.1%、3.5%、2.5%、3.8%、1.0%、4.2%和5.0%。

An HPLC-DAD method was established for the determination of seven anti-hypertension chemical drugs added illegally into traditional Chinese medicines and health food.A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.2% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile by gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 220 nm.The calibration curves of atenolol,clonidine hydrochloride,hydrochorothiazide,captopril,prazosin hydrochloride,reserpine and nifedipine were linear in the ranges of 0.028 4-2.84,0.029-2.9,0.053-5.3,0.054-5.45,0.054-5.4,0.034-3.38 and 0.031-3.12 μg,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.7%,91.2%,99.5%,107.6%,108.7%,97.8% and 106.1%,with RSDs of 2.1%,3.5%,2.5%,3.8%,1.0%,4.2% and 5.0%,respectively.
