摘要
酸性硫酸盐直流电沉积纳米晶锌镀层比脉冲电沉积投入小、时间短、操作简单。为此,采用直流电沉积工艺在酸性硫酸锌镀液体系中制备了纳米晶锌镀层,并对沉积工艺参数进行了优选。运用XRD,SEM,AFM等研究了添加剂、pH值、温度等对纳米晶锌镀层的影响。结果表明,在基础镀液中加入0.2g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、0.2g/L苄叉丙酮(BA)和0.2g/L聚乙二醇(PEG)混合剂,在镀液pH=2,温度25℃,电流密度为1.0A/cm2时,可获得光亮致密的纳米晶锌镀层,其平均晶粒尺寸最小约为38.6nm。
Nanocrystal-line zinc coatings were prepared from acidic sulfate bath by using direct current electrdeposition technique.The effects of addi-tives,pH value and temperature on the nanocrystalline Zn coat-ings were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy.Results indi-cate that bright and compact Zn coating can be obtained when the mixed additive contains 0.2 g/L hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) ,0.2 g/L benzylidene acetone (BA) and 0.2 g/L polyethylene glycol (PEG) ,and the pH value,temperature and current density are 2,25℃ and 1.0 A/cm2 respectively.Resultant nanocrystalline zinc coating had an average grain size of about 38.6 nm.
