摘要 感应熔覆是将合金粉末预置于基体表面,采用高、中频感应方法使涂层粉末熔化,与基体实现冶金结合的一种表面涂覆工艺。这种技术研究还不成熟,但具有发展潜力。分析了熔覆电参数、感应间隙、线圈走速等工艺参数的选择原则及其对熔覆涂层组织结构和性能的影响;归纳了现有感应熔覆涂层的组织结构特点,分析了感应熔覆需要解决的热点、难点问题;最后提出了发展方向。 A review was provided of the research progress of surface coatings prepared by inducing cladding technology.It was pointed out that inducing cladding technology for preparing surface coat-ings involved preplace of alloy powders on substrate surface and successive melting of the powders by high-frequency or intermedi-ate frequency induction,allowing metallurgical bonding between the coatings and substrate surface.Currently the technology is still in pre-mature stage but has promising future.The principles for selection of technological parameters including inducing elec-trical parameters,induction gap and speed of coil were analyzed,and the effects of the parameters on microstructures and properties of inducing cladding coatings were discussed.Moreover,the structural characteristics of currently available inducing cladding coatings and relevant hotspots and difficulties were summarized,and suggestions were given about the development of inducing cladding technology.
