摘要
实际生产中,直接检测磷化膜"P比"值,可以确定其膜层附着力的稳定性及等级。采用SEM,EDS以及XRD等技术,研究了基材化学成分、表面涂油状况、表面粗糙度以及磷化膜中Zn含量等影响因素对冷轧汽车板磷化膜"P比"值的影响。结果表明:C含量低、Al含量低、Mn含量高都有利于提高磷化膜的"P比"值;表面涂油量小、表面粗糙度大以及磷化膜中Zn含量的降低都有利于提高磷化膜的"P比"值。
The effects of chemical composition of substrate,surface inunction state,surface roughness and Zn con-tent of phosphating films on 'P ratio' of phosphating films of cold-rolled automobile sheets were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometry and X-ray diffraction.Results show that lowering content of C and Al and increasing content of Mn are beneficial to increasing 'P ratio' of the phosphating films.Decreasing amount of surface oil,increas-ing surface roughness and lowering Zn content led to increased ' P ratio' of the phosphating films.
