摘要
从职业生涯发展动力学视角,对科技情报人员职业成长相关影响因素进行问卷调查研究,结果表明,人才选拔及激励机制、工作环境及设施、职业回报、领导重视度、进修培训机会依次为影响职业成长的5大外职业因素,专业知识、情报研究能力、创新服务能力、主观愿望、工作满意度依次为影响职业成长的5大内职业因素,以此为基础提出相应对策。
The paper carries out questionnaire survey on the scientific intelligence personnel occupation growth related factors from the professional development dynamics angle. The resuhs show that as five outside professional factors, talented person selects and drive mechanism, working environment and facilities, occupational rewards, leadership attention, refresher training opportunity in turn affect the personnel occupation growth. As five intrinsic professional factors, specialized knowledge, information research ability, innovation service ability, subjective desire, job satisfaction in turn affect the personnel occupation growth. Based on these factors the paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
