摘要
为了研究沥青路面的高温、水稳定性等路用性能,进行了一系列试验.温度60℃和68℃条件下,车辙试验发现,在任何情况下级配1的高温稳定性都是最好的;进行了浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验,采用冻融劈裂强度比进行级配优选,经比较级配1水稳定性最优;低温弯曲试验表明级配1的低温抗裂性较好.总之,级配1作为推荐级配,设计时采用马歇尔击实100次成型.
To study the asphalt pavement performances on high temperature or its water stabilities,a series of tests were finished.Respectively on the test temperature of 60 ℃,68 ℃,rutting test found that in any case mix-ture of Gradation 1 is with a higher tempera ture stability.Marshall immersion test and freeze-thaw test were conducted,optimizing with freeze-thaw splitting intensity ratio,mixture of Gradation 1 is with a better water stability.Low-temperature bending test showed that mixture of Gradation 1 has a better performance of low-temperature crack resistance.In short,Gradation 1 is recommended,designed by the Marshall compaction molding 100.
