促甲状腺素受体抗体的两种免疫检测方法对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究采用德国罗氏全自动电化学发光免疫分析法(ECLIA)检测血清促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)含量与实验室常规检测TRAb的酶联免疫分析方法(ELISA)的差异,探讨ECLIA检测TRAb的可行性和实用性。用两种方法同时检测血清样本399份,其中甲亢患者200例,表面健康者199名,比较两种检测方法的实验分析性能和检测结果差异。结果显示,ECLIA检测TRAb数值与ELISA有显著差异(P<0.01),但与ELISA检测值整体相关(r=0.737,P<0.01)。取各自判断截域值后,两种方法诊断符合率为91.0%,分类一致性Kappa值为0.802(P>0.05)。研究还显示,ECLIA检测TRAb在线性和精密度方面均良好,且操作简便,检测速度快。 To explore the feasibility and clinical practicalities of electrochemilluminescence immunoassay(ECILA) for the measurement of serum thyrotrophic receptor antibody(TRAb),the serum TRAb levels in 200 patients with hyperthyroid and 199 health controls were measured by both ECILA and enzyme linked immunoassay(ELISA).The results showed that there was a significant difference in TRAb values measured by two immunoassay methods(P0.01).By given the proper cut-off values,the diagnostic coincidence rate between two methods was 91% with Kappa value 0.802.The serum thyrotrophic receptor antibody assay with ECLIA exhibits a pretty linear dilution,intra-assay precision as well as easier operation and faster procedures.
