摘要
水电机组调速器的安全稳定运行对维持电网频率的稳定和安全至关重要,水轮机调速器调节参数的不当设置将严重影响水电机组调频功能的发挥。由一起电网线路发生相间短路引起调速器动作的行为,分析调速器调节参数对机组调频和系统安全及稳定性的影响,探讨了水电机组调速器参数的设置及参数的优化,提出了相应防范措施。
The safe and stable operation of speed governor of hydro-power generating unit is important to keep the stablity and safety of the power gird frequency.The improper setting of adjustable parameters of water-turbine speed governor will affect seriously the action of frequency modulation in hydro-power generating unit.The influence of adjustable parameters on the frequency modulation and the system safety and stability is analyzed according to a phase-to-phase fault occurring in grid line which causes the action of speed governor.At the same time,the setting and optimization of the speed governor parameters are discussed,and the relevant precautionary measures are proposed.
