摘要
我国石油企业经过改制上市后,已经由一个国家公司转变为自负盈亏的企业,因此它必须追求经济利益以求得自身发展。同时,随着经济全球化,特别是我国加入WTO后,国内市场国际化、国际竞争国内化趋势的加快,我国石油企业面临着越来越严峻的国际竞争。根据国内外经验,加强战略管理是企业增强自身的竞争力的一个有效途径。文章通过分析中国石化企业的经营特点,对企业战略管理所应遵循的原则和合理战略体系的构建进行了探讨。
China petroleum enterprise restructuring,has been listed by a national company transformed by their own profits and losses of the enterprise,therefore it must be pursuing economic benefits to its development.At the same time,along with the economic globalization,especially after China's entry into WTO,and the domestic market internationalization and the international competition domestication trend accelerated,China petroleum industry is facing increasingly grim international competition.According to the domestic and foreign experiences,strengthening strategic management is a effective way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the analysis of China petrochemical enterprise operating characteristics,the principles of enterprise strategy management that should be followed in reasonably and strategic system construction are discussed.
