安全文化是安全管理的重要组成部分,搞好安全文化建设为华北石油局安全生产提供内在的发展动力。推行安全文化必须树立"以人为本"、事故是可以预防、遵循法律法规理念,正确处理安全与生产的关系,规范人的安全行为。班组安全管理处在油田安全生产的最前沿,探索搞好班组安全文化建设途径非常重要,是油田搞好安全生产的核心工程。

The safety culture is an important part of security management.Good safety culture construction provides motive force of development for production safety of North China Petroleum Bureau.Implementing safety culture must establish the ideas of ＂people-oriented＂,the accident can be prevented and following laws and regulations,correctly handle the relationship between safety and production,and regulate the safety of human behavior.Security management team is at the forefront of oilfield safety,so exploring ways to improve safety culture team is very important,and it is the core project of oil production safety.
