摘要
阐述灰色预测模型计算步骤及其改进方法,将改进灰色预测方法应用到石河子市城市需水预测的实例研究中,通过对预测结果的分析,发现改进模型的模拟精度更高,预测结果可为石河子市用水规划和宏观调控提供参考。
Computation procedure and its improved method of grey prediction were elaborated in the paper.The grey prediction was applied in the prediction of the water requirement of Shihezi City in near future years.It is showed that improved Grey Prediction had higher accuracy.The forecasted urban water demand of Shihezi could provide a reference for the city＇s water use planning and macro-economic regulating.
