创建高校与地方结合的大学生就业指导新模式

Creating a New Pattern of College Students' Employment Guidance Combined with the Local Economy

在社会总就业形势紧张,高等教育日趋大众化的情况下,大学生就业压力越来越大,高校如何进一步开展好大学生就业指导工作已愈发重要。本文对当前大学生就业指导工作中存在的不足进行了分析,提出通过与地方相结合,创建大学生就业指导新模式来促进大学生就业。

As increasingly tense employment situation and higher education popularization,students＇ employment pressure grows up,how to further develop good employment of college students has been increasingly important.This paper analyzes shortages of the current college student employment guidance and puts forward to combine with local economy to create a new mode for college students in employment guidance to promote college students＇ employment.
