顶岗实习是职业院校学生基于职业岗位的、真实的、参与工作过程的实践。它对全面提升学生的综合职业素养,提高学生学习的实用性和有效性,使学生顺利地实现就业具有非常重要的意义。针对当前学生顶岗实习中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策与建议。

Based on occupational positions,the internship involves students in the real working process.It＇s quite meaningful for upgrading students＇comprehensive vocational qualities,improving the practicality and effectiveness of learning,and enabling students to achieve a job successfully.For the current problems which appeared in students＇internship,the writer proposed solutions to them and offered suggestions.
