授权型领导与自我领导的比较 被引量:1

摘要 管理者们几十年前就在发展授权型领导形式(Manzand Sims,1987),但是直到1990s,授权型领导才真正融合作为一个独立的概念出现(Pearce & Sims,2002)。授权型领导强调追随者自我管理和自我领导技能的发展(Pearce & Sims,2002)。文章对授权型领导和自我领导的概念加以比较,以便后来学者能够更好地给予研究。
