摘要
网络涉警舆论危机的演进看似杂乱无章,实则有其内在发展规律。依据产品的生命周期理论,把网络涉警舆论危机的发展划分成五个阶段,对每个阶段都按照"负面舆论增量"、"时间变量"和"警察形象减量"三个变量进行"三位一体"的探讨,并且详细分析每个阶段的发展规律及其所具有的特点,形成一个基本的理论模型,即网络涉警舆论危机演进模式。而后为使模型更加切合实际操作,还要对社会现实与虚拟网络的互动和助推模式进行分析。
The evolution of the crisis of police-related public opinion on network seems disorganized,yet has its own inherent laws of development.According to the theory of product life cycle,the evolution can be divided into five stages.This paper gives a probe into each stage from the following three variables： ＂the increment of negative public opinions＂,＂the time variable＂ and ＂the reduction of police image＂.Based on a detailed analysis of the development law and the characteristics of each stage,this paper puts forward the evolutionary model of the crisis of police-related public opinion on network.To make the model more realistic for operation,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the boosting model and also the interaction between the social reality and the virtual world.
