珍珠和普通粘胶纤维直接染料染色动力学比较 被引量:1

摘要 选用直接湖蓝5B(C.I.直接蓝15)在有限染浴的条件下对珍珠和普通粘胶散纤维进行染色,比较了2种纤维的染色动力学行为。采用Chrastil,Cegarra-Puente和Vickerstaff 3个染色动力学方程模拟的结果显示,C.I.直接蓝15上染珍珠和粘胶纤维更加符合Chrastil动力学模型。与普通粘胶纤维染色相比,直接染料在珍珠纤维上的初染速率略快、初染量和平衡上染量略高、Chrastil染色速率常数较大,扩散活化能相近。 Direct Sky Blue 5B(C.I.Direct Blue15) was applied to dye pearl and conventional viscose fibers using finite baths,and the kinetics of the dyeing of two fibers were compared.Three kinetic equations,Chrastil,Cegarra-Puente and Vickerstaff,were used to fit the experimental dyeing rate curves,the results showed that the best result was obtained by Chrastil's equation.Pearl fibers displayed slightly higher dyeing rates,dye absorption values at initial stages,and equilibrium absorption values than conventional viscose fibers.Furthermore,C.I.Direct Blue15 exhibited higher dyeing rate constants for pearl fibers than for conventional viscose fibers,but exhibited nearly the same diffusion activation energies for the two fibers.
