针刺加直接灸治疗震颤麻痹30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Paralysis Agitans Treated by Acupuncture Plus Direct Moxibustion

将临床收集的60例震颤麻痹患者,随机分为针刺组30例和针刺加直接灸组30例进行疗效对比观察,发现两组间的显著进步率差异有显著性(P<0.05),而两组间的进步及显著进步率合计比较,差异亦有显著性(P<0.05)。说明针刺加直接灸治疗震颤麻痹是一种简便易行而副作用少的有效方法。

Sixty cases of paralysis agitans were randomly divided into 2 groups, each 30 cases, and treated by acupuncture alone and acupuncture plus direct moxibustion respectively. Comparison of the markedly effective results between the two groups were significantly different statistically (P < 0. 05). Significant statistical differences were also found between the 2 groups in markedly effective and effective results (P<0. 01). It is thus claimed that acupuncturing plus direct moxibustion is a safe, simple, and effective measure for treatment of Porkinson's disease.
