摘要
介绍了理想值确定的原则,从文件资料法、专家咨询法、先进经验法、发展趋势法、目标值法、最大(小)值法、平均值法等方面,对目前理想值确定的若干方法进行了归纳和总结,并以某国家高新开发区为实例介绍了相关方法在理想值确定中的应用。
Since the intensive use of land has been proposed, the standard of the intensive lana use is always the focal point of the intensive use of land. How to determine the ideal values has also been a difficult of the intensive use of land. This paper will start with the principles about setting the ideal value, then summed and concluded the current methods of ideal value determined . Finally, it give an example of how to use the correlation methods to determine the ideal value.
