水力疏松消突措施在裕民煤矿煤巷掘进的应用研究

摘要 裕民煤矿(芋子田井)1465运巷工作面煤层厚度变化大,煤体松软、煤层瓦斯含量大、易突出,采取常规的超前排放瓦斯措施,不仅每循环措施占用时间长,而且超标现象十分严重,月均进尺仅为18 m左右;而试验采用水力疏松消突措施后,效检指标超标率大为降低,月均进尺提高到39 m左右,掘进速度提高了1.17倍,而且作业环境大大改善。试验证明:水力疏松消突措施解决了突出煤层掘进瓦斯超限严重问题、实现了煤巷快速掘进,是一种行之有效的消突措施。 The 1465 laneway' coal seam is unstable and quagginess in Yumin Coal Mine,the coal seam contains a large quantity of gas so it appeal to outburst;the pre-discharge method is used to prevent outburst,but it needs so a long time that the gas problem is common which lead to the caving speed is only 18 m in one month.After using the hydraulic loosening method the rate of the overlimit was declined in amount and the caving peed could reach to 39 m monthly,the very speed was 2.17 times than before,at the same time the working environment was much better than before.It was proved though the testing that the hydraulic loosening method was impactful in resolving the gas problem when tunneling and it raised the caving speed largely,so the hydraulic loosening method is a very efficiency measure to remove outburst.
