黄芪、党参对PIH肾功能损害的修复作用

The repair function of astragalus and codonopsis pilosula in patients with PIH induced renal injury

目的:探讨黄芪、党参对妊娠期高血压疾病(PIH)患者肾功能损害的修复作用。方法:随机选取妊娠期高血压疾病子痫前期孕妇102例,分为对照组和观察组;对照组给予常规硫酸镁治疗,观察组给予硫酸镁+中药黄芪、党参治疗。分别测定用药后对照组、观察组24 h尿蛋白定量、血β2-MG、脐血流S/D等指标变化的幅度。结果:治疗后观察组24 h尿蛋白定量、β2-MG、脐血流S/D及收缩压降幅均较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组比较舒张压下降不明显(P>0.05)。结论:中药黄芪、党参对妊娠期高血压疾病患者肾功能损害有明显修复作用。

Objective：To explore the repair function of astragalus and codonopsis pilosula in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension（PIH） induced renal injury.Methods：102 pregnant women with preeclampsia were selected randomly and divided into control group and observation group,the pregnant women in control group were treated with conventional magnesium sulfate,while the pregnant women in observation group were treated with magnesium sulfate,astragalus and codonopsis pilosula;the change ranges of 24-hour urinary protein,serum β2-microglobulin,the peak systolic velocity/peak diastolic velocity（S/D） ratio of umbilical blood flow before and after treatment in control group and observation group were detected.Results：After treatment,the decrease ranges of 24-hour urinary protein,serum β2-microglobulin,S/D ratio of umbilical blood flow in observation group were significantly larger than those in control group（P〈0.05）;there was no significant difference in decrease range of diastolic blood pressure between control group and observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The repair function of astragalus and codonopsis pilosula is obvious in patients with PIH induced renal injury.
