摘要
目的:探讨成品生物羊膜移植术在治疗翼状胬肉中的应用价值。方法:对25例翼状胬肉患者行成品羊膜移植术,观察术后反应、移植片的生长及翼状胬肉的复发情况。结果:25例术后羊膜移植片生长良好,无排异反应及睑球粘连,随访1年仅有1例复发,复发率为4%。结论:成品生物羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉安全有效,疗效可靠,可明显降低复发率。
Objective：To evaluate the preserved amniotic membrane transplantation in treatment of pterygium.Methods：A total of 25 eyes with pterygium underwent transplantation with preserved amniotic membrane.The postoperative reaction,the graft vitality and the recurrence of pterygium were observed.Results：No acute rejection or blepharosynechic were observed.The grafts grew well,and only one recurrence was found during the follow-up of 1 year.Conclusions：Transplantation with the preserved amniotic membrane is safe and effective for treatment of pterygium.
