舒适型护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中的效果观察

Comfort care in patients with lumbar disc herniation in the application

目的:探讨舒适型护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:将90例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为舒适型护理组和普通护理组,在整体护理的基础上,普通护理组采用治疗、护理、健康教育等护理方法,舒适型护理组从生理、心理、社会等多方面、多角度给予全方位的舒适型护理,将两组结果进行比较。结果:舒适型护理组疗效明显优于普通护理组(P<0.01)。结论:舒适型护理是一种整体的、个性化的、创造性的、有效的护理模式,是腰椎间盘突出症患者的有效护理方法。

Objective：To evaluate the comfort care in patients with lumbar disc herniation in the application results.Methods：Ninety patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into comfortable care group and normal care groups,on the basis of the overall care,a lot of nursing methods such as treat,nursing and healthy education were adopted by the normal care group;comfort care group from the physical,psychological,social and other aspects,multi-angle to give a full range of comfort care,will be two sets of results comparison.Results：The effects of comfort care group were significantly better than the normal care group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusions：Comfort care is a holistic,personalized,creative and effective care model is effective in patients with lumbar disc herniation nursing method.
