大学生骨干是大学生群体中的先进代表,是中国特色社会主义事业的可靠建设者和接班人。理论素质培养对大学生骨干的成长和发展具有重要的意义,如何提高大学生骨干的理论素质是德育工作者面临的重要课题。本文结合工作实践,阐述了大学生骨干及其理论素质的内涵,并就大学生骨干理论素质培养的意义及实现路径做了分析。

As the advanced representatives of undergraduates,the undergraduate cadres are reliable constructors and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.For their growth and development,it is very important to cultivate their quality of theory,and how to improve the undergraduate cadres＇ quality has been a vital project for ideological and political educators.Based on practices,the connotations of undergraduate cadre and their quality of theory are elaborated,and the meaning and the realizing route of cultivation of the undergraduate cadres＇ quality of theory are analyzed.
