摘要
从混凝土受拉受压的破坏机理出发分析了全级配混凝土与湿筛混凝土抗拉、抗压强度的差异机理,并考虑现有试验方法的影响,剖析了现有试验中全级配混凝土大、小试件抗压强度比值接近于1甚至超过1的原因。由于全级配混凝土抗压强度结果受到原材料和配合比条件变化、试模平整度以及成型方法等多种因素的影响,会对试验结果带来一定误差。指出应该通过改进混凝土的成型方法,使得全级配混凝土的试验结果更能反映真实大体积混凝土的强度特性。
On the basis of the failure mechanism of concrete under tension and compression, the difference between tensile and compressive strengths of full-grade and wet-sieving concretes is investigated in this paper. Considering the experimental condition nowadays, the reason that some experiments obtain the ratio of compressive strength of full-grade and wet-sieving concretes almost approaching 1, moreover more than 1, is analyzed. With the influence of raw materials, proportioning variation, mould flatness and shaping method, some errors may be led into the ex- periments of full-grade concrete test. The shaping method of concrete should be improved to reflect the real large size concrete properties by full-grade test in lab.
