Fault Diagnosis for Some Testing Equipment Based on XML

以某型测试设备为研究对象,针对该设备的电路结构和工作特点,设计了基于XML的测试设备智能故障诊断系统。介绍了该诊断系统的故障诊断方案、故障库知识的获取以及故障诊断软件的设计。实践证明该故障监测诊断系统工作稳定、可靠性高,能够实现对测试设备故障的快速检测与定位。

With some testing equipment as an object, an intelligent fault-diagnosis system for the testing equipment based on XML was developed according to its circuit structure and working characteristic. The scheme of this fault-diagnosis system, knowledge obtainment of the fault database and design of the fault-diagnosis software are introduced in this paper. It is proved that this monitoring and diagnosis system works stably and reliably. The system can detect and find the fault exactly.
