摘要
建立了固相微萃取-气相色谱/氢火焰离子化检测法测定空气样品中苯系物的分析方法。对固相微萃取纤维种类、解吸温度和时间、萃取时间等实验条件进行了优化,并对采样袋的气密性和稳定性进行了考察。结果表明:6种挥发性有机化合物的5个色谱峰(间、对二甲苯无法分开)的峰面积与其浓度在所测范围内具有较好的线性关系,相对标准偏差小于4.6%,检出限低至0.03ng/mL。该方法简便、快捷、重现性好,检出限低,采样装置的气密性好,适合于实际环境气体样品的异位分析。
An analytical method based on solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography/flame ionization detector (SPME-GC/FID) has been established for the determination of benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene and xylenes (BTEX) in air. Key experimental parameters,such as type of SPME fibers,temperature and desorption time,extraction time and so on,were optimized,and the air-tightness and stability of the sampling bag were also investigated. Good linear ranges were obtained with relative standard deviation (RSD) lower than 4.6%,and detection limits were low to 0.03 ng/mL. The method was simple,sensitive,accurate and rapid,and the sampling bag was suitable for ex-situ analysis of environmental air samples with good air tightness.
