摘要
干扰素-γ(interferon-gamma,IFN-γ)是一种具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用的细胞因子,主要由活化的T细胞和NK细胞产生。IFN-γ对机体免疫系统具有强大的调节作用,是机体发挥免疫功能、清除体内病原体不可缺少的成分。因此,IFN-γ在疾病的诊断、治疗和疫苗免疫效果检测等方面起着重大作用,是现代分子生物学、免疫学和临床医学研究的热点之一。对干扰素-γ产生、分子结构、生物学活性及作用机制等方面做以下简要综述。
Interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)secreted by T lymphocytes and natural killer(NK)cells is an anti-viral and anti-tumor proliferation and immunoregulatory cytokine.It has powerful regulatory effects on immune system,and it is a necessary element in playing immune functions,scavenging pathogens in vivo.Therefore,IFN-γ plays more important roles in diagnosis,treatment of clinical diseases and in detecting immune efficacy of vaccines.It is one of the research focuses in the modern molecular biology,immunology and clinical medicine.This article summarized interferon-gamma briefly in following aspects,including production,structural characteristic,biological activity and physiological mechanism.
