摘要
讨论了基于PC机的MACH软件控制平台,三坐标联动小型数控雕刻机工程应用方案,给出了雕刻机总体结构,X,Y,Z轴的传动给进,步进电机的选择,专用雕刻头结构方案.通过直流高速电机雕刻头和专用雕刻头部件的研制测试对比,总结了不同雕刻头方案的优劣.
The purpose of this paper is to design an engineering application project of small CNC engraving machine,which be controlled by MACH software PC-based platform,it can be three Coordinate axis movement together.The article focused on the design of the overall structure of engraving machine,X,Y,Z axis drive mechanism design,stepper motor selection,and development process of special engraving head structure.Summarize different of engraving head through comparison of the test result high-speed DC motor carving head and special engraving head components.
