白车身试制手工样件可靠性设计

摘要 作为车型研发的前期设计验证阶段,试制手工样件的设计不仅要满足其可靠性、质量轻等特点,还需要结合试制的特点进行零件的设计.以电动车MUCLE CAR的电池固定关键零部件的设计和制造为出发点,对车身手工样件在试制阶段,如何更加有效地进行设计,展开了分析研究.应用现代化计算机模拟仿真软件,结合现场试制的特点,对于提高试制零件的质量、安全性以及优化后续产品有着重要的意义. As a model developed pre-design verification stage,the handcraft sample designed in building not only to meet its reliability,light weight and other characteristics,but also need to combine the characteristics of prototype to designing the parts.In this paper,how to design and manufacture key panels used for battery fixed in electric vehicles MUCLE CAR as an example,how to design handcraft sample more effectively in BIW(body-in-white) was analyzed.The application of modern computer simulation software combined with the characteristics of spot building has profound significance for improving the quality and safety of the building panels and optimizing the follow-up products.
