摘要
阐述了工艺FMEA软件的设计过程及操作流程,利用计算机辅助设计,按照基本信息输入、工艺编制和失效分析这3个主要的步骤来完成,建立了完善的失效模式数据库及风险评价细则数据库,同时介绍了相关辅助模块的设计.
This paper describes the process of software process FMEA design and operation.Using computer-aided design,in accordance with the basic information input,process planning,failure analysis of the three major steps to complete the establishment of a comprehensive database of failure modes and risk assessment rules database,while introduces the related of the auxiliary module design and operation process.
