Research on Classification of Residential Architecture Types in Shanghai

上海市居住建筑类型分类标准从解放以来经过了多次调整,但随着时代的发展,原有的分类形式已适应管理的需要。分析了现有居住建筑分类标准存在的主要问题,提出了调整分类的原则与类型的建议。

Classification standard for residential architecture types in Shanghai has been adjusted many times since liberation,however,original classification form cannot meet the needs of management as the times develop.This paper analyzes major problems of existing classification standard for residential architecture,and puts forward suggestions on the adjustment of classification principles and types.
