Exploration and Practice of Scientific Development of Residential Construction

我国住宅建设经过二十多年的发展,为提高城市居民生活质量与改善居住环境,起到了积极的促进作用,但也存在盲目追求高档化的倾向。结合城市发展实际,提出当前城市住宅建设的发展要符合大多数住房消费者的需要,要注重住宅建设过程中的科技含量,同时要兼顾多方利用。

Through over 20 years development,residential construction of China plays an active role in improving life quality and dwelling environment of urban residents,but there is the trend of blindly pursuing high grade.In combination with actual situation of urban development,this paper proposes that the development of current urban residential construction should meet the needs of most housing consumers,pays attention to technological content during residential construction,and gives consideration to multiple utilizations as well.
